Alfie (2004)

Grade: B

Premise: English playboy in Manhattan knocks up his best friend's girlfriend and has a life crisis.

Well this got so-so reviews when it came out, but I was intrigued and put it in my queue. When it arrived last week I almost threw it back in the mail but instead I watched it last night. I'm kind of glad that I did. While this movie did not blow me away in any regard - it wasn't terrible. I almost turned it off towards the middle because it was just seeming too long but the ending isn't bad. Jude Law is just a cutie pie. The life crisis part was a bit unbelievable.

Recommend?: I think so, I liked it but I tend to like movies that would bore others.
