Cheaper by the Dozen (2003)

Premise: Based on the book by the same name. Parents have too many kids.

Yes, this one gets a solid A. I wouldn't say that this is as good as the original but it is just different from the original. DH & I laughed out loud through 90% of it. Bonnie Hunt and Steve Martin were fantastic as well as the actors that played the younger kids. Not surprisingly, the better known actors that played the older kids (Piper Perabo, Hilary Duff and the dude from Smallville) weren't that great. Fantastic small role played by Aston Kutcher...didn't want to like him, but I absolutely did.
